I understand that life happens and I try my best to accommodate everyone. However if you are late or need to reschedule an appointment, I ask that you please reach out ASAP with any changes. Tardiness tolerance is 15 min. Cancellations and rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time for Micropigmentation and Scar Treatments procedures (this includes follow up appointments) and 24 hrs for other appointments. In the event of failing to cancel or reschedule on time, the $150 Micropigmentation and Scar Treatment services deposit will be nonrefundable. The remaining services will incur a 50% fee of the service total. No-call/no show appointments will incur in a fee of the FULL appointment service amount. No call/ no show or failure to reschedule/cancel FOLLOW UP appointments will incur in loosing the courtesy touch up. Kids, Guest and Pets policy Kids under the age of 12 whom cannot wait in waiting area quietly by themselves will not be allowed in the spa for safety purposes and mandated by the local board of health. I try my best to create a relaxing and personal environment to my clients. Having other guests in the room can be very distracting so I kindly ask not to bring guests. Companions will not be allowed in the room. Even though we love pets we cannot not allow pets in the SPA setting. Policies are never created to punish clients. when you book an appointment I take that slot off the market and reserve it for you.
